This time, taking part in an interview with Liz Teich (@thenewyorkstylist). In this honest interview, the fashion stylist shares details about her pandemic pregnancy, her suburban life, and her tips on how to shop sustainably. In this regard, Liz talks about how we can all be greener when it comes to getting-dress routines and why she now opts for sustainable kids' clothing (along with her clothing purchases and her husband's). The fashion stylist says the following: "Sustainable fashion has actually been a passion of mine for a long time. Through working in fashion over the years, I saw the impact made on the environment firsthand. But it wasn't until I styled a celebrity who requested only sustainable and ethically-made clothing a few years ago that I really did the research and learned what goes into the production of wheat we wear from major retailers - everything from the chemicals to the waste, to the water consumption and even the poor labor practices". She also shares that "maintaining sustainability is definitely a challenge being a fashion stylist with a love for clothing, but I do hope the more we all talk about it, the more it will just become the standard". At My Little Cozmo we couldn't agree more with Liz and we are determined to take on the challenges. Sustainable kids' clothing is a win-win for us all. We couldn't be happier that Liz chose some pieces of our 'Disconnect and Reconnect' Spring and Summer collection for this report. Her sweet son Asher is wearing our organic basic T-shirt and our linen and cotton striped pants. New York Family is a digital and print magazine where you can find many ideas on what to do with kids in New York City. You can read the full interview on their digital edition or in their April print issue. Thank you again, New York Family and Liz, for featuring us!
